CIMA’s German Market Workshop presented by Steffi von Kannemann (Better Things Berlin)

CIMA’s German consultant Steffi Von Kannemann will be hosting a free 2-hour workshop on the German/Berlin Market via Zoom on August 23. This session is open to all Canadian participants. Join us for an overview of the market prior to Reeperbahn featuring an introduction by Claudia Seeber, Embassy of Canada to Germany in Berlin.

CIMA and Reeperbahn’s Berlin Business Events
Date: September 18 + 19, 2023
CIMA has partnered with the Embassy of Canada to Germany in Berlin to present an afternoon of business events on Monday, September 18 from 3:00PM-6:00PM in Berlin.
The events will take place on a boat and will feature a country to country panel and roundtable discussion between the German and Canadian delegation. This will be followed by a networking reception. Please note that spacing for this event is extremely limited and we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible to secure your spot.
Following the event, the boat will dock at Reeperbahn Berlin’s opening reception which will take place from 6:00PM until late and will include a networking event and showcase featuring 2 Canadian acts curated by the festival.
This event is open to any member of CIMA, or Canadian business reps attending Reeperbahn following. Priority will be given to CIMA members. This event is for business representatives only (one per company).
CIMA Member Pricing: 100$
Non-CIMA Member Pricing: 300$ (if interested in joining CIMA prior to this event please contact Sam Rayner at samr@cimamusic.ca)

Canadian delegates are also invited to participate in the Berlin Experience on Tuesday, September 19 at an additional cost. This full day of business events will be organized through the Reeperbahn team. This event is a great way to maximize your knowledge of Berlin and a great way to meet other international delegates prior to Reeperbahn. It is especially recommended for first time attendees.

CIMA’s Hamburg Business Events
Date: September 20, 2023
CIMA will be presenting a matchmaking session for Canadian managers & business representatives attending Reeperbahn in Hamburg on Wednesday, September 20 from 3:00PM-6:00PM.
This matchmaking session will be done in 2 parts - to accommodate a large number of Canadian participants. Upon sign up you will be placed in Session A (from 3:00-4:30pm) or Session B (from 4:30-6:00pm)
This opportunity is available to CIMA members, as well as any other Canadian business representatives of Canada House artists attending Reeperbahn. Please note, due to space, if you are a company with multiple artists showcasing at Reeperbahn please only apply for one spot.
