Music Export Canada Presents: AmericanaFest UK in January 2019
This January, CIMA will be conducting our very first Business and Showcase Mission to AmericanaFest UK in Hackney, London. We’re excited to finally unveil the list of companies and artists who will be joining us from January 28-31, 2019.
We will be hosting a Canadian Blast showcase on January 29 at the Empire Bar in Hackney for a full evening of great Canadian music! The six showcasing artists will get the opportunity to perform in front of Americana buyers and industry in the UK. The showcasing artists are:
The Canadian companies joining the Music Export Canada mission will be: AIM: Artists in Motion, Cerberus Management, Mavens Music, Noisemaker Management, Starfish Entertainment, Tonic Records and Watson Entertainment. Companies will get the opportunity to participate in the AmericanaFest UK conference as well as organized round table sessions, targeted meetings with key professionals in the region, networking receptions and a full day of business events at the Canadian High Commission in London.
