Touring is an essential part of the music business, offering artists an opportunity to grow their audience and forge authentic connections with fans. The U.S. and Europe have long been primary destinations for Canadian bands, but as online distribution makes it easier than ever to share your music worldwide, the possibilities of touring in burgeoning markets becomes more realistic. How do Canadian artists navigate foreign contexts? This panel will bring together music industry pro-fessionals working in Africa, Asia, and South America to embolden artists to reach out farther.
