SXSW 2018: Artist Applications Now Open
It's hard to believe - but it's already time to start thinking about the next edition of SXSW. Taking place from March 9-18, 2018 in Austin, Texas, SXSW is the largest, most influential and important festival/conference in North America.
SXSW has just opened up its Artist Application process, with their early bird application fee of $35 ending on Friday, September 8 2017. The final deadline for showcasing applications for SXSW 2018 is Friday, October 20 2017 at a fee of $55.
CIMA is pleased to announce that we'll be heading back to Austin for SXSW in 2018. While we're not ready to reveal the full details of our mission yet, if you're interested in showcasing at Canada House, your artist will have to have submitted an application to showcase directly to SXSW, and have been approved by the Festival.
