If you represent an artist (music, comedy, variety, lecture, etc.) who is interested in showcasing at the COCA National, please note that applications are now being accepted and the deadline for all entertainment showcase applications is: Friday, March 7, 2014.
All music artists must apply to showcase on-line using the COCA national application site at Sonicbids.com, the electronic press kit company. See URL above.
Non-music artists (comedy, variety, lecture, etc.) may apply on-line through Sonicbids.com OR by submitting a hard copy application form found at the bottom of the 2014 National web page in the “Showcase Info” section.
Artists choosing to apply on-line may get a preview of the application form and other information on Sonicbids.com by visiting the COCA 2014 National Conference page. Scroll to the bottom and see PDF documents in the “Showcase Info” section.
If you are simply interested in attending the 2014 National Conference as an Associate Member delegate with a booth in the trade show, there is no deadline to register but we recommend you do so by the first week of May. Go to the 2014 National page and scroll down to the “Artists/Associates” section where you will find a Conference Registration form (also linked or attached to this note). You may submit this form by mail, fax or email and pay by cheque or credit card.
If your membership expires prior to the start of the 2014 National, please remember to add membership fees on the appropriate line of the Conference Registration form.
Please feel free to get in touch any time with any questions.
Many thanks for your continued support!
